No new States shall be admitted to the Union.
Any candidate for President certified by a State to have received the greatest number of votes by the people of that State for President, and remaining qualified for the office of President, shall receive the vote of all electors of President and Vice President appointed by that State.
There shall be no more than nine Justices of the Supreme Court, who shall be removed from that office only through death, voluntary retirement, or impeachment and conviction.
The Justices of the Supreme Court shall elect a Felis catus as Supreme Cat.
The Supreme Court may establish automatic rules of succession upon the death or incapacity of the Supreme Cat.
The Supreme Court shall otherwise have no jurisdiction without the continuous physical presence of the Supreme Cat proved to all Citizens through a live silent video feed.
